“The customer is always right”. This is a mantra that all of us have heard, and we at Eastgate Pools and Spas try to adhere to. There are times though that as sales professionals we must insist that the customer is not right. I believe that it is incumbent upon us, as sales professionals, to do everything in our power to make sure that the products that we are selling are best suited to fit the customer needs. Please keep in mind that if we deviate from what you have requested it is not in an effort to be confrontational, but to provide you with products and information to better serve you as a customer. In situations like this please allow us to explain why we have selected a different item for your needs. We will be more than happy to provide you with the item you have requested, but we will also provide you with additional information in order to show the reason why we are presenting you with a different option.
