Sales Representative
Every sales professional wants to hear these magic words: unlimited earning potential with uncapped commission. That’s exactly what we offer. As an Eastgate Pools Sales Representative, you'll help customers find the perfect aboveground pool, spa, outdoor furniture, and more. If you're motivated by results and love working with people, this role could be a great fit. Though experience in the pool or spa industry isn’t required, a sales background is highly preferred.
Pay & Benefits
Commission against draw, minimum $700/week (with year-end bonus potential)

Lead Service Technician (Crew Leader)
As the Lead Service Technician, you will be responsible for managing a two-person team servicing hot tubs, swimming pools, and related components at customers’ homes and in-store. As a team leader, you will drive a company vehicle to job sites and ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
Operational or technical service knowledge of swimming pools and hot tubs is preferred, but applicants with other mechanical backgrounds (automotive, HVAC, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
You must maintain a valid state driver’s license and have a safe driving history.
Crew leaders may need to assist with product delivery and warehouse activities. Moderate to heavy lifting may be required.

Service Technician
Service Technicians are responsible for assisting the Crew Leader in servicing pools and spas at customers’ homes and in-store. No prior experience is required, but quick learners are preferred. This role is a great opportunity for those looking to grow into a Crew Leader position!
Qualifications
Ability to learn from crew leaders and assist with all service-related tasks.
Technicians may need to assist with product delivery and warehouse activities. Moderate to heavy lifting may be required.
