Swimming Pool & Hot Tub Service Department Positions
Eastgate Pools & Spas is a Midwest leader in Swimming Pool and Hot Tub sales and we proudly service what we sell. We are currently seeking applicants for these service department positions.
We provide service for hot tubs, swimming pools, and pool components at customers’ homes and in-store. The Crew Leader is a full-time position, responsible for running a two-person service team. Crew Leaders will also be responsible for driving company work vehicles to job sites, keeping the vehicle organized, and completing the work promptly and efficiently. The Crew Leader will give guidance to the Service Assistant working on the team. General operational and service knowledge of swimming pools and swimming pool components, hot tubs and hot tub components is required. Crew Leaders must maintain a valid state driver’s license and a have a safe driving history. On occasion, moderate to heavy lifting may be required. Crew Leaders may on occasion be required to assist with product delivery and warehouse activities.
The role of a Service Assistant is to assist the Crew Leader in the successful completion of service work at customers’ homes and in-store. Service Assistants must be quick learners but prior experience with swimming pool and hot tub systems is not required. Current Crew Leaders were once Service Assistants, so this position can be a stepping-stone for people looking for advancement. On occasion, moderate to heavy lifting may be required. Service Assistants may on occasion be required to assist with product delivery and warehouse activities.
Retail Sales Associate
Eastgate Pools & Spas is currently accepting applications to fill several full-time positions as counter associates. Counter associates help customers with questions, perform water tests, stock shelves, and assist customers at the register. Qualified candidates will be trained on pool and spa maintenance so previous pool or spa knowledge is not required.
Eastgate Pools & Spas has been in business for over a third of a century and is one of the Midwest’s leading retailers in leisure living products. Associates will be expected to work weekends but will have two days off during the week.
Prior retail experience is preferred but is not a requirement. We look for quality, personable individuals willing to learn and grow. Our only requirement is a good attitude and an “I can do that” confidence.
