With the Ohio stay-at-home order in effect until May 1st, we regret to announce that we will be unable to hold a full-blown, in-store version of our annual Anniversary Sale extravaganza. It was scheduled for April 24th, 25th, and 26th, and for everyone here at Eastgate Pools, this is particularly disappointing as 2020 marks our 40th anniversary year. But there is some good news we can share with you.
Now through May 1st, we will honor all sale pricing and specials found in our yellow Anniversary Sale flyer. If you have not received one in the mail, click here to download a copy.

So, perhaps you are wondering … “Is the store open?” Regrettably, it is not. We have chosen to protect our associates and customers the best way we can by temporarily closing our doors. However, since March 23rd, we have been offering our Parking Lot Pick Up Program. This program allows our customers to phone in an order for pool and hot tub chemicals, as well as parts and accessories needed to keep their pool or hot tub clean and sanitized.

To utilize this program, call our store at 513-528-4141. Tell the associate that answers what you need. You will be given the total price, including Clermont County sales tax. With your approval, the associate will then process your credit card. We apologize, but we are currently unable to accept cash or personal checks. Once the order is finalized, we will pull everything for you. Call us when you arrive, and we will bring it to your car and load it for you, maintaining social distancing requirements and standards.

Once your pool is open, let us help you balance the water and keep it clean, clear, and sanitized all summer. We offer our No Contact Water Testing Program. Bring us a fresh sample of water in a clean, disposable container. It will not be returned to you. Tag your sample with your name, your contact number, and the pool or hot tub size. Add a note about what sanitizer you use (chlorine, Simple Salt, chlorine generator, bromine, Simple Spa, etc.) A brief description of how the water looks will also help us make proper recommendations. (Clear, cloudy, green, brand new water, etc.) Place the sample in the tote outside our entrance. We will test it as quickly as possible and phone you the results and our recommendations. If we are not busy, you may want to wait in your car, as it might save you a trip back to get what you need. Please remember that as the days grow warmer, more and more pools will be opened and the demand for chemicals and water tests will skyrocket. We strongly suggest getting chemicals and your water tested soon.

Difficult times often lead to innovation, and now is no different. While you can’t physically visit our showroom to shop for above ground pools, hot tubs, outdoor and sunroom furniture, or Big Green Egg Grills, we now offer Video Tours of all these products. A note on Service: We want to help you keep your pool or hot tub running properly, and as such, we are still performing Pool Openings and Service Calls for operational issues on pools and hot tubs located outside. In all instances, our service technicians will follow social distancing requirements and recommendations. To schedule a pool opening or service call, reach the service department Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm at 513-528-8878.

We will miss having our normal Anniversary party, complete with hot dogs, brats, and best of all, mingling with our friends. But summer will go on, and we will still provide you with the chemicals and professional services you need, as well as advice that comes from 40 years of experience.
